Shipping & Returns:

We ship most in-stock items within 48 business hours.  The customer will be contacted via email if the item is currently out-of-stock or will require a longer preparation time (such as making candles, etc.).  If an item is out-of-stock and is not reflected as such on the website (due to the item having been purchased from the physical store), the customer will receive an email with an estimate of the time it will take for the item to be received at Monastery Products and to be shipped.

Shipping Policy:

The Monastery Products website offers customers multiple shipping options, including Parcel, First-Class, and Priority Mail via USPS and UPS Ground.  A small handling fee is added to each order to ensure the accuracy of shipping and handling costs.  All purchases over $100 will be insured.

NOTE:  If you would like to purchase insurance for your purchase, please contact us either through the comment section during check-out or by email.  This will be charged separately from your initial order.

International Shipping:

Monastery Products does not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on all purchases.  A full refund will be enacted if we are contacted within thirty (30) days.  Please note:  Refund will be granted upon us receiving return of products purchased.  All returns must be authorized by Monastery Products.
